THE CME

MARKETING CAMPAIGN

 

CME has one objective. To attract as many qualified business prospects as possible and get the people who are directly responsible for purchasing decisions within the industry in touch with your company.

To this end there is an extensive and highly targeted advertising campaign to hit your potential and existing buyers and get them excited about the Show.

TV CAMPAIGN

The event will be promoted on both the Perth metropolitan and WA regional television networks with a hard hitting and sharp series of commercials.

RADIO

96FM and RED FM and their associated stations will provide extensive coverage in the month leading up to CME 2008.
RED FM will also conduct live crosses from the show to all mining sites and towns across Australia.

PRESS

The West Australian will be engaged to promote the event to their business readers.

TRADE MAGAZINES

The event will be aggressively promoted through all major trade magazines via full colour advertisements, advertorial features, inserts and pre-event previews.

DIRECT MAIL

We'll be drawing upon our extensive database of previous visitors and the membership lists of our numerous supporting associations.
Thousands of prospects will receive personalised invitations to the expo, including an impressive full colour promotional brochure containing full details on the event. The promotional brochure doubles as a Mates Rates pass saving $5 per entry and will be made available to exhibitors at no charge to help drive attendance to your stand.

TELEMARKETING

We will use the services of a professional telemarketing company to call your key buyers, remind them of the event and the key reasons why they simply must attend.

THE KEY BUYER PROGRAMME

Every business has its VIP customers. Provide us with a list of your key buyers and we will personally invite them to attend. We will enclose a VIP Pass so they can enter the Expo immediately and save $10. These names will remain strictly confidential and will be used only for the purposes of this promotion.

REGIONAL MINING CAMPAIGN

We will work closely with key industry associations to ensure we attract quality buyers from regional areas and contractors and management of mining regions of WA.

CME WEBSITE

Our dedicated website will ensure the event is easily accessible to the ever increasing traffic on the net.
The site will include full details on CME 2008, including an on-line registration service, new product section and details regarding our exhibitors and the brands on display.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM - KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

There will be an industry based workshop program at CME 2008 with informative and topical sessions from high profile industry leaders.
